Early Birds and Night Owls - Yes, It Really Does Matter!

A recent study by Dr. Andrew Lim at the University of Toronto indicates that we really do have individual bio-rhythms that affect our overall health and well-being. According to Lim, 36% of those studied (north americans) were early birds, 16% were night owls, and 48% were something in between.  If you have something important to do, get it done during the time of day when you're most energized.  For example, have that important meeting with your boss or client when you and she are most energized.
